Hotel category (3–4 star) depends on availability.

3. Payment Policy

Payments must be made within the given time.
Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation of booking.
All payments are non-refundable, unless stated otherwise.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation charges apply once booking is confirmed.
Airline, hotel, and visa charges are non-refundable.
Refunds, if applicable, depend on airlines and service providers.

5. Visa & Travel Documents

Visa approval is subject to Saudi authorities.
Al Badar Travel & Tour (Pvt) Ltd is not responsible for visa rejection or delay.
Passports must be valid for at least 6 months.

6. Travel Schedule

Flight schedules and hotels may change due to operational reasons.
We are not responsible for delays caused by airlines, weather, or government restrictions.

7. Responsibility & Liability

We act only as an agent for airlines, hotels, and transport providers.
The company is not responsible for loss, injury, delay, or unforeseen circumstances.

8. Force Majeure

We are not liable for cancellations due to events beyond our control, including:
- Natural disasters
- Government actions
- Airline strikes
- Saudi regulations

9. Code of Conduct

Pilgrims must follow Saudi laws and regulations.
Any misconduct may result in cancellation of services without refund.

10. Policy Updates
